Clients often feel uneasy about having a specific design idea in mind. In this particular case, I created the initial design solely based on the provided wording. I still vividly recall the laughter when they came back, expressing their love for the design but requesting more coziness and a sense of "hugginess." Consequently, I created a second promo featuring a cute puppy. The client was delighted. The more specific clients can be in articulating their vision, the better chance I have of bringing their envisioned design to life.
